About This Role

Ensure our enterprise clients achieve their travel management goals. Build lasting relationships and help organizations get maximum value from Funify.

What You'll Do

  • Manage portfolio of enterprise client accounts
  • Onboard new clients and drive adoption
  • Conduct regular check-ins and QBRs
  • Identify expansion opportunities
  • Handle escalations and resolve issues
  • Gather feedback for product improvements
  • Maintain high NPS and retention rates
  • Create customer success playbooks

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of customer success or account management
  • Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise software
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Data-driven approach to customer health
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Fluent in English
  • Based in Dubai or willing to relocate

Nice to Have

  • Travel industry experience
  • Arabic language skills
  • Experience with CS platforms (Gainsight, ChurnZero)
  • Technical aptitude
