What You'll Do
- Manage portfolio of enterprise client accounts
- Onboard new clients and drive adoption
- Conduct regular check-ins and QBRs
- Identify expansion opportunities
- Handle escalations and resolve issues
- Gather feedback for product improvements
- Maintain high NPS and retention rates
- Create customer success playbooks
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of customer success or account management
- Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Strong relationship building skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Data-driven approach to customer health
- Problem-solving mindset
- Fluent in English
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
Nice to Have
- Travel industry experience
- Arabic language skills
- Experience with CS platforms (Gainsight, ChurnZero)
- Technical aptitude
