About This Role

Build and nurture partnerships with airlines, train operators, and transportation providers. Help us expand our travel offerings and create seamless experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Manage airline and transportation partner relationships
  • Onboard new partners to the Funify platform
  • Monitor partner performance and identify improvements
  • Handle partner communications and support
  • Prepare reports and performance analytics
  • Support contract renewals and negotiations
  • Coordinate with technical teams on integrations
  • Attend industry events and conferences

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of account management experience
  • 2+ years in travel or aviation industry
  • Understanding of airline/GDS systems
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
  • Fluent in English
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai

Nice to Have

  • IATA certification
  • Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo experience
  • Arabic language skills
  • Experience with APIs and technical integrations
