About This Role
Manage strategic partnerships with premium hotel chains and luxury resorts across the MENA region. You'll be the bridge between Funify and our most valuable hospitality partners.
What You'll Do
- Manage portfolio of 20+ key hotel and resort accounts
- Develop and execute account growth strategies
- Negotiate contracts and partnership terms
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with partners
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborate with product team on partner requirements
- Resolve escalated partner issues
- Achieve revenue and growth targets
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of B2B account management experience
- 3+ years in travel, hospitality, or OTA industry
- Proven track record of growing key accounts
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Fluent in English, Arabic is a strong plus
- Willingness to travel within MENA region
Nice to Have
- Existing relationships with hotel chains
- Experience with revenue management
- MBA or relevant business degree
- Multiple language skills
