What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end design for product features
- Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Design for web, mobile, and responsive experiences
- Build and maintain design system components
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Collaborate with engineering on implementation
- Support RTL/LTR design for multilingual markets
- Mentor junior designers
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process
- Expert proficiency in Figma
- Experience designing for mobile applications
- Understanding of design systems
- Experience with user research methods
- Strong visual design skills
- Excellent communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for RTL languages
- Travel/hospitality industry experience
- Motion design skills
- Arabic language skills
